CBSE 10th and 12th Exam Fees: Petition seeking Supreme Court directive to CBSE and Delhi government to waive exam fees of 10th and 12th grade students in current academic year in view of financial problems of Kovid-19 and some parents Rejected.
A bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice MR Shah dismissed the petition of NGO ‘Social Jurist’ against the 28 September order of the Delhi High Court.
The bench said, “How can any court direct the government to do so?” You should give this report to the government … the petition is dismissed.

The High Court has applied to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to take this PIL as a report and within three weeks on receipt of the court order, applicable to the law, rules and facts of the case. Was directed to take decision as per policy.
