Revealed in RTI:Loan write-off of Rs 7.94 lakh crore in Modi government, three times more than UPA government

Lending rights have been largely taken off during the tenure of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Modi government, which surrounds the UPA government led by Manmohan Singh over various scams and scams. According to an RTI, in the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, bank loans worth Rs 7.94 lakh crore have been written off during 2015-2019. This is 3 times more than the 10-year tenure of Manmohan government in 2004-2014.

Right of loan of Rs 2.20 lakh crore in UPA government

In response to a RTI filed by Pune-based businessman Prafull Sharda, it has been said that during the 10-year tenure of the UPA government, various banks have loaned off Rs 2,20,328 crore. Loans worth Rs 7,94,354 crore
