NEET 2020 examination to be held for admission in medical colleges across the country was successfully done at 5 pm on Sunday. NEET was conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm at 3842 centers in 155 cities. According to NTA sources, about 15 lakh candidates had registered for the exam this year.

After being postponed twice, Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal expressed happiness over the examination which took place amidst many controversies and protests. He said that, today 85 to 90% of the students appeared in the examination. This explains the dedication and patience of the youth of self-reliant India.

What should students say after the exam?
According to the candidates who appeared in the examination, the questions of biology were simple. However, he found the Physics Part a bit difficult in all three sections. At the same time, according to some students, this time paper was not more tricky than last year. Most of the questions in the exam were NCERT based. A student who had reached Siliguri in West Bengal said that this is a year and a half of his hard work. We are constantly using masks and sanitizers keeping all precautions.

Cutoff may be higher this year
According to experts, this year the cutoff can be higher than last year. The top score is also likely to exceed 700. Experts believe that students may need a high score of 140 to pass the NEET exam. To get a seat in government medical colleges, this score can be between 510 – 450 marks.
