Please tell that Make in India was initially promoted well in the country. A lot of this was done by the government as well. But due to all the conditions, companies are not interested in it. This is why the government has to take this step
- Unique products with export potential of 500 districts have been identified
- 4905 patent applications exempted 80 percent for startups
The government’s Make in India scheme appears to be open. According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, tenders worth Rs 40,000 crore have been either canceled or revised due to discrimination and restrictive conditions aimed at promoting Make in India in government procurement.
